I paid a one time fee. Quit asking me for more money

I paid a one time fee. It was lifetime. They told me no annual fee. Now I get an email almost every week asking me to pay a yearly fee. Ive emailed them to stop bugging me. What is very strange is they tell me I will get 30% off. When I click on their email link it takes me to a website not The Apple Store to enter credit card details . Im not paying again
and Im not giving you my credit card details. Apple already has that.
